How This Process Start
AGENDA
Circulars cum consent form
First we need to know the strength of your school from 5th class onwards. We will provide you the same amount of circulars which we need to float among the students.
Consent
After getting consent from the interested parents we will select a day to invite interested parents and students to the school for proper presentation.
Registration
Students will be given a particular date for the submission of documents; passport, registration from and indemnity bond along with the registration amount (in the form of cash, cheques, DD or NEFT/RTGS).
Processing
After the registration process of all the students we will start visa filling process and schedule an appointment with USA consulate, New Delhi.
Training
After getting appointment from USA embassy we will select a day for training session at your school.
Bookings
After visas confirmation from USA embassy parents will be given a week’s time to arrange and submit remaining amount of the tour to country tours and travels for further bookings.
Travel advisory
Before departure a session will be conducted with the parents, students and school’s authority by our company’s representatives to explain does and don’ts and other formalities
